Always fast and very competent service and hearing aids I purchased at Ohio Hearing & Audiology have allowed me to hear again.

Jenifer is great. The doctor who I donu2019t remember his name didnu2019t really spend much time with me. Mostly read the results of my test. Still fussing with the right aid. Having trouble with the the app, so Iu2019m not benefiting from the upgrade. Little disappointed in the quality.

The Audiologist was very professional and explained all procedures and outcomes. I was glad I chose Ohio Hearing and Audiology in Westlake.

I had surgery and lost all hearing in my left ear now for 20 years. Used a BaHa but it never really gave much help. Went to Ohio Hearing & Audiology in Westlake and saw Jennifer Kassay. She was a miracle worker. She came up with a solution that was clearly never thought of by me and I am sure many others. Came for a second opinion regarding fluid in the ears. The receptionist, Sara, was very kind and welcoming. Jennifer was very pleasant and did a thorough exam. She explained all the testing at a level that I could understand. I was appreciative of that. Subsequently referred me to Dr. Brown who reassured me that I did not have fluid in the ears. 5 stars would recommend!

I came across this place by accident and it ended up being one of the best things that had ever happened to me. I lost my hearing in my early 20u2019s and have had several sets of hearing aids through the years and when I came across Ohio Hearing & Audiology I was using a really limited set of Bose hearing aids, Louis was able to get me into an amazing set of hearing aids and Sara was able to walk me through the financing process. These two are absolute rockstars and highly recommend you contact them if youu2019re in need of hearing aids. Update, Louis is no longer at this facility but the audiologist that is now at this location is also really great. She made me feel heard and the fine tuning she did to my hearing aids were great and I havenu2019t needed anything adjustments in several months. Again, this facility has a great team and I highly recommend talking to them if your in the market for hearing aids.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Louis after learning that his office was closer than where I had been going. I love everything about him. Pleasant manner, completely focused on his client, and full of information. I had a test since it's been some time that I've been wearing these. He went over it with a fine toothed comb. I learned a lot about my ears in the hour I spent with him. I am thrilled that he has come into my life. He has also helped me to get my husband to at least come in and have a test. Dr. Louis provided me with information I was not aware of, that convinced my husband to open the door to hearing aids. I'm very grateful to him for that, but it's just an example of how well he does his job. I look forward to have Dr. Louis helping both of us have a better quality of life in our "Golden Years"

I have worn hearing aids for a few years, but was never happy with them. I then found Dr Lou and could not be happier. Lou takes his time, explains everything, and questions along the way. Hearing aids would be cheaper online or at a wholesale club, but they would not be tuned to my specific needs. I wear them from getting up in the morning, to going to bed at night. I appreciate Dr Lou and his staff. It is always a positive experience to visit their office. I highly recommend them.

Was not happy to learn I needed hearing aids. However, got great support from Lou who explained everything in a clear, concise way. I had a baseline hearing test on 1/12/22. Dr. Billera was very thorough and informative. He is genuinely interested in his patients well being. When I am ready for hearing aids, I will be returning to his office.

Dr. Billera is quite the guy. He is personable, professional, and clearly shows his concern for his patients. How can you make a hearing appointment a fun and satisfying experience ? I don't know, but he does. I've had severe hearing loss since I was 12 years old. He tunes your hearing aids to your individual needs and listens to your feedback. I am so satisfied with my new hearing aids. The guidance I have received from Dr Louis Billlera has been patient and understanding. I appreciate the multiple office visits to guide my use of the aids. I don't feel I've been left to just figure it out. I know I can call or request help at any time in the future.

My appointment on December 11th was like every other appointment. I felt like a visit with family. My only regret is each appointment is 3 months apart.
