Hearing test was fine, but agent tried hard to sell Hearing aids but did not carry Oticon

I had a wonderful visit to Ohio Hearing & Audiology for my ear wax concerns. The care I received from Jessica Rider, Au. D. was exceptional. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized professional advice that helped in my healthcare decisions. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. As a professional musician, my ear health has personalized issues. I highly endorse Ohio Hearing & Audiology in Sandusky for their excellent service and expertise and phenomenal bedside manner.

I made an appointment after living with broken hearing aids for years. The staff was very pleasant and the audiologist is knowledgeable on the new technology hearing aids and thoroughly took me through the process. I will recommend them to my friends needing hearing aids.

Staff and Doctor of Audiology are always accommodating, knowledgeable, respectful and provide direction to solve problems.

The confusion with dropping off a hearing aid for repair or replacement and informed that I needed an appointment that I could not get for 2 weeks made this more difficult than what it should have been.

Never the same audiologist, and I know it's not their fault per say, but you would really think hearing aids would have advanced beyond drilling a permanent hole in your skull and possibly losing what little hearing you have left...... These hearing aids are by far the best I have had, and I've had three others thru the years. I would highly recommend Ohio Hearing for their great service.

Dr Chapin is the consummate professional and truly takes the time needed to properly diagnose and then help you with the proper hearing aid technology. This office is extremely efficient and professional. I've been going there for four years and have only nice things to say about the people I deal with. Anytime I've had an issue with my hearing aids, they responded quickly and always fixed the issue.

Good appointment. Very much on time. Hearing aides were cleaned and checked. Good discussion about any problems (none) and a tweak to one of the settings.

Staff are very professional The cost of the hearing aids is VERY expensive but they do work.

Dr. Jennifer was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her. My hearing now is wonderful! It has been a huge game changer for me as I was withdrawing from conversations because I couldn't hear clearly. I am so so glad I took the step and got my new hearing aids. I also battle vertigo and I feel that having my hearing corrected has helped that. To anyone on the fence, I can't encourage you enough to go see Dr. Jennifer!

Dr. Rider is a professional, yet personable practitioner. The hearing assessment I recently had was smooth and seamless. Dr. Rider is definitely my go-to local Audiologist. I am very happy with the services I receive from Ohio Hearing & Audiology - Sandusky.
