Efficient and friendly staff. Excellent patient care.

The audiologist was not friendly. She was rude. I was sorry I wasted our time there. We will see another audilogist before the end of the month. She said it would take three weeks to get approval from the insurance company for the hearing aides. I contacted the insurance company and they said approval takes about two days. She said she would have to submit 6 pages of information to the insurance company. The insurance company said they would only ask five questions.

I started noticing hearing loss at work when I was continually asking coworkers to repeat things. I received hearing aids after my testing and it's definitely made a big difference.

I always enjoy the customer service that Ohio Hearing provides! When things donu2019t work I call them up and my problem is fixed quickly. The new receptionist was awesome she got me in the same day!

I find the Dr to be very knowledgeable and approachable. She listens to my concerns and addresses them. Waiting time is minimal though the waiting area is very comfortable.

I have tinnitus and have not been very happy with the help from my hearing aids. Went for a free consultation to the Parma office. Karilyn gave me a hearing test and then took my 2 year old hearing aids and adjusted them. What a difference!! And she never pushed getting new hearing aids!!! It really helped with my tinnitus!!! She knows what she's doing and I would highly recommend her.

You have caring and kind people working there. Karilyn is always efficient and thorough with her exam.

Karilyn is always polite helpful, answers any questions, is 'present' at the appointment focusing on the patient and nothing else. When my 91 year old mom was still alive she took time to make sure she understood everything including the (what most people would consider a no brainer) how to put her hearing aids in the case to charge them.

I always have a good experience here. Karilyn Ryder goes above and beyond. She always remembers one of the main issues on my "whine list" is tinnitus - despite the masking program I have in my hearing aids, the tinnitus still manages to drown it out. During my latest appointment, she gave me the good news that she is currently taking a course in tinnitus retraining therapy and has put me on the list to teach me what she learns once she completes the course. Knowing there's no cure has been pretty discouraging, but the chance of learning skills to better cope with it gives me new hope. She truly cares about her patients and I really appreciate her. Every part of the experience was excellent! The personnel was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I took my elderly brother who was hesitant about getting new hearing aids. Everything was explained to him to make him feel at ease. He really likes his hearing aids and how well he can hear.

Dr Ryder is a gem! This is our third audiologist. She and Joann make you feel welcome from the first time you schedule. I wish we could give this practice 10 stars.

My grandparents came in here very pleased with the service. They were not their normal customers and they treated them so nicely. They helped clean out my grandpas hearing aids and gave him a free tool to help him.

My wife are from out of town visiting relatives and her one ear became blocked with wax. We called Ohio Hearing and spoke to Joanne and explained the situation. We were able to see the doctor (Karilyn Ryder) that afternoon so she could get her ear irrigated. Thank you for the quick response and service.
