Great job by Carly...very efficient

Dr. Alexandria Howski did an excellent job of communicating with my 99 year old father. She explained the hearing aids in detail without being condescending or patronizing. She was professional, not pushy or argumentative , ie I never had the feeling that she wanted to sell something for the sake of making a sale. I would definitely use her services again.

Carly Wohlfeiler, my audiologist, was outstanding in helping me with all my concerns about my hearing aids and administering my annual hearing test. With a very packed schedule and the secretary being out on vacation, she handled everything with great goodwill, ease, and professionalism.

Carla solved my problem quickly. She suggested I might consider new hearing aids, but did not push me.

Everyone is excellent. The staff are alert and helpful. Dr. Carly Wohlfeiler repaired my hearing aid in the office! Dr. Alex Howski assessed my left hearing and, determining it needed to be replaced, sent it back to the manufacturers to be returned in a week's time! Alex he's also been very helpful to my wife.

I chose them because they are in network with my insurance and they are convenient. My experience was excellent. Dr. Howski provided personalized care, takes time to listen to your needs and goals. I have had zero problems with my hearing aids, and they have changed my quality of life!

Donu2019t go there!!!!! I have been a client there for 4/5 years. Whenever I needed any help or replacement pieces I just stopped in and was always pleased with the customer service. So today, September 6th, I stopped to pick up a few domes for my left hearing aid. After I gave my name and my file was pulled up, I was told I would have to make an appointment to get the domes, (which I put on myself). But when I questioned that I was told they were out of warranty. So I said I would pay for the domes. But no, I would have to see an audiologist to get the domes. I repeated that this didnu2019t make sense, I just wanted a piece that I would install myself. But no, I couldnu2019t get anything without an appointment. This is probably the last time I will be a client of this place. Very disappointed. ( So I stopped at another audiology provider where I have never been a client and was immediately helped.) So the reply is that you will use the feedback to improve your service. Really!! How about calling me and apologizing and then providing the service you were supposed to .

Try Cleveland Hearing and Speech

I am 96 years old and have done business with Cedar Audiology for many years and had been in discussions with carly wohlf for replacement of my signia hearing aids. I went to the current new operators of Cedar Audiology, Ohio Hearing and must say that there new receptionist is certainly not an asset for Ohio Hearing. Even though I was somewhat disappointed with the receptionist I nevertheless made an appointment. Hope that I made a poor premature judgment,

I've had my hearing aids for over two years and one had a fitment issue the whole time. I met with Lauren who took a different approach to it and made it pain free. I'm very pleased with her knowledge and willingness to make me happy. It's much appreciated.

Can't say enough about Audio Nova. Great staff and always make time to answer all your questions. As a busy working professional I need these devices to work. When I have any issues they are great to accommodate last minute appts. That really means a lot to me.

Do not go there! My momu2019s hearing aid was reworked 3-4 times and still did not fit. It costed my mom $1,500 for oneu2026 they would not reimburse us the money, they were rude when we stopped by their office to try and get the money back. The last hearing aid that did not fit was not returned back to the manufacturer. It was a disaster! I will call you at the number provided, I hope you can solve my mom's problem... She is 90 years old and NOT to get her $1,500 refunded is a travesty. Who should I ask for when I call? I received a call from the Company with a promise that someone from the Management would follow up with me, well- a month later, no one contacted me... I guess we will head to a Small Claims Court in December 2022. The 90-year-old woman who is having a heart cauterization on November 30, 2022, will have to go to court to fight to get her money back from Cedar Audiology. This is not a good company to do business with, trust me. Posted in February 2023 (update): the court hearing/trial is rescheduled to April 7,2023- I will keep you posted on the case. Update on October 30, 2023- we finally won in court! My 90+ year old mother will be getting her money back from these people. They spent more money on attorneys if they just refunded my momu2019s cost. Shameful

The lady kim that took care of me was very nice and professional,its a clean place the receptionist was very nice, I will go back.

I have been seeing Kim for over 7 years! If I could rate this organization thirty stars I would. I get unbelievable care at this audiologistu2019s office and intend to remain with them as long as humanly possible. This is the audiologist.

Everybody at Cedar Audiology are very nice and professional acting and I don't want to disparage any of them. However my complaint is with the way hearing aids have been sold for years. All audiology clinics have been selling very high priced aids that they depend upon for the continued operation of the clinic. I think that anyone who enters their door is going to be talked into buying an aid whether they really need it or not. I paid 7k for a pair of aids that I have used off and on for 2 years continually hoping for some benefit in understanding speech and have finally decided that it is a failed experiment. I can't understand a greater percentage of speech with them than I can without them. I don't need volume enhancement; I can hear most people fine.Its when people don't speak clearly or speak quickly or suddenly speak in a low voice that I can't understand them. The aids can't immediately recognize that somebody is speaking in a lowered volume and adjust, nor do they help with people that don't speak clearly. If you can understand people in most situations volume enhancemen will probably not help you. If you have trouble understanding speech in a noisy environment I suggest investigating some of the over the counter aids available now that have noise reduction. Yeou don't need to spend thousands.

The staff was very professional in all aspects of my visit, from the receptionist to the audiotherapist. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions and took the time to address my specific needs. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to evaluate or improve his hearing.
