Annie was absolutely wonderful! I got new hearing aids, but there was an issue of both of them dying in the evening on me. We tried a couple of things but it continued to happen. Annie, without a question, said that sheu2019d send them back to have the insides replaced. They have been working correctly ever since. Iu2019ve been wearing hearing aids for quite a few years, and I would highly recommend these. I didnu2019t realize how much Iu2019ve been missing out on, even with my old hearing aids. I needed total replacement of the hearing aids, so they should be coming in very soon. Thank you Annie. The staff is so friendly also.

Dr Anna is nice and solved my little problem right awsy.

What a wonderful team of 2 folks running the office. Always excellent service provided, very professional, friendly, and helpful. We had a few issues in the earring aides from the manufacturer and one call and the issue was addressed. Both ladies are heaven blessed. We are so appreciative of the service provided.

Great location to have your hearing checked. Some of the test which the Dr. Preformed on my hearing was never done on me which was great to see where the trouble is. I ordered hearing aids which should be in in 2 weeks. Im am excited about trying them to see what I have been missing. I can not recall the Dr.s name but she did a great job. Thank you David

Always grateful to have my hearing aids with this practice. Georgiana makes you feel comfortable and very professional.. I came to this practice after being with a competitor for several years, who experienced a change in personnel, and the new people I found to be very rude and uncaring. I recommend your practice to all of my friends and associates that may be experiencing a negative hearing situation.

I must say that the way things are in this day and age it is refreshing to experience such professionalism ,Annie and her receptionist were very helpful and knew what they were doing. I would recommend anyone with hearing disabilities to contact them asap.

I do look forward to meeting with the Columbiana staff. Dr Anne does a fabulous job, listening to my concerns and working to resolve them. I do miss Kate, I hear she is being promoted. Annie was one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. The service was excellent. The cost of the hearing aids, even with help from insurance was prohibitive. I have to find a less expensive alternative.

This was a very good experience from the time I was greeted as I came in the door to the end of my examination. All questions were answered in a friendly manner. Smiles all around. I highly recommend Belsono Hearing Center!

Georgianna was wonderful. She makes you feel at ease right away. My husband is going to try a pair of hearing aids for 30 days. He didnu2019t have much faith in hearing aids before we went but surprisingly he is feeling maybe they can help. Most of that is because of Georgianna. Hope they work out.

This was my first visit to Belsono Hearing Center in Columbiana, I had been going to a Hear Center in Boardman Ohio. The staff at this location were splendid. Katy at the front desk was super helpful. Dr Georgiana Prince-Long is the most knowledgable person I have ever experienced. She is so patient and in my opinion she provided assistance beyond my expectations.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 + years and Belsono hearing was the best experience I have had! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, my hearings work great especially in those noisy areas I used to struggle with. Highly recommend!!
