The tests were EXCELLENT, the only issue I had was a paper in the letter they sent to me stating if I made an appointment before December 20 AND finished the test they would award a $100 gift card. That didnu2019t happen because you had to order hearing aids, which I DID NOT require!!!!

This used to be The Place for Better Hearing. Since it has been bought out by Ohio Hearing and Audiology, it has gone steadily downhill. Currently, there is not even one audiologist on staff. They cannot even adjust your current hearing aids to the level needed. Their only concern is selling you the most expensive equipment available. Save yourself time, money, and stress and go to an actual audiologist.

The service was excellent, and I received all the information I needed to make a decision on a product that would help with my particular hearing concerns.

I find Tana very professional and congenial. Everyone at the office is very helpful and professional.

Tana always takes good care of my Mom. She checks to see if ear wax needs to be cleaned out of her ears. She cleans the hearing aids, and she makes sure her hearing aids are at the right volume.

A routine visit. But I did hear about some new hearing aids, and I thought I could get some info.

All my concerns were addressed.

The parking lot was empty. Their hearing aids are very expensive, upwards of 4,000 dollars. They say they help the elderly hear but they are ripping them off with high financed hearing aids that irritate behind the ears. Not rated with the BBB. Beware and avoid this business.

I went for a hearing test on 7/20. Stephanie administered the test, she was very helpful and said my hearing was the same as 2 years ago. She then explained several options I should consider for the next year; I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Ohio Hearing & Audiology to friends & family.

The staff was incredible. They were able to work me in on short notice. The hearing examination was amazingly thorough. They took time to review all information gathered and recommended a hearing care plan moving forward. If you need new hearing aids or want to understand your if would benefit from hearing aids I would highly recommend this team!!!!

The Place for Better Hearing is a top-notch establishment. Everyone there treats the patient (and family) with respect. They take their time explaining the information and procedures, making sure the patient understand what is happening and is comfortable with the testing and follow-up.

Attended with my Mom (patient) and sister first appointment. Dr. seemed very knowledgeable and had a high level of expertise. Still though wonder if some of it was a sales pitch, albeit necessary in these high pressure times. But no pressure to buy and all our questions were answered. Will update with further developments.

FANTASTIC!! I had a hearing aid that I got from u201c Place for Better Hearing u201d about 25 years ago. Lately my hearing has gotten worse and I tried u201chearing helpersu201d and did no good. I am almost 70 and getting tired of saying u201cWhat did you say?u201d

We have used their services for many years. The new audiologists now providing services have continued caring for us and we will stay with them. They are very competent and caring. You will not find better
